Lynxwiler to hold book signing at Words

Local author Christine Lynxwiler will be signing her new release, "Cowgirl at Heart," from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6 at Words and AfterWords Bookstore in Hardy. This premiere booksigning will feature "Cowgirl at Heart," book two in the highly acclaimed McCord Sisters series, but Lynxwiler's other titles, such as "Arkansas" and "The Reluctant Cowgirl," will also be available.

Romantic Times, a national magazine, chose "Cowgirl at Heart" as a Top Pick for February and gave it a 4-½ star rating. The Romantic Times reviewer had this to say about the book: "This completely compelling and suspenseful novel will leave you wanting more. Lynxwiler puts you in the middle of the action, where you're thoroughly engaged and where the scenes come to life. The dialogue and plot run at a smooth pace as she cuts between the various stories of the McCord household. Anyone who already owns copies of Lynxwiler's books is encouraged to bring them Saturday to get them signed by the author. Words and AfterWords is located on Spring Street in downtown Hardy.
