On Friday, Aug. 22, the City of West Plains and the Josiah Howell Chapter of the SAR shared a proclamation to recognize Constitution Week. This is the proclamation that Public Law 915 guarantees that the President of the United States proclaims the week of Sept. 17 through 23 as Constitution Week.
