GFWC Crescite began in 1902, in Thayer, as a community service club. Crescite sponsors Sophomore Pilgrimage, which sends two students to our state capitol in Jefferson City; the Fall Festival King and Queen contest; the backpack program monthly; the prom lock-in and District VI and local scholarship for Thayer students. Crescite members would like to congratulate all the 2022 graduating seniors and wish you the very best on your endeavors. Our 2022 recipient of the Crescite Scholarship goes to Abbigayle Rouse, daughter of Adam and Leah Rouse. She will be attending Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Ark.
