Missouri State University - West Plains (MSU-WP) graduate Morgan Blanck, center, Willow Springs, received the MSU Citizen Scholar Award during the Board of Governor’s meeting today in Springfield. The award is given annually to students “who exemplify the concept of a citizen scholar.” Blanck is a 2021 graduate of MSU-WP. With Blanck above is MSU-WP Chancellor Dennis Lancaster.
