Alton, Mo.- Stephanie Johnson, Nutrition and Health Education Specialist for University of Missouri Extension, located in West Plains, MO said, “Capture the essence of summer fruit in jams and jellies the low sugar way.” A “hands on class” will teach information needed to preserve your own jam and jelly at home.
