The Rose Hill Cemetery Association will hold its annual meeting and decoration service on Saturday, May 28 at 12 noon. A potluck meal will follow in the Rose Hill School Building. Everyone interested is invited to attend.
Emma Weeks and Quadarius Jackson have been awarded the 2022 Founders Awards at Williams Baptist University. The awards were presented to the pair during WBU’s graduation luncheon on Friday, May 6.

The Summer of 2022 will bring a great concert lineup of weekend musicians to Hardy at the gazebo in Dr. Thompson’s Park. Country, jazz, blues and all kinds of skip-stepping music will be streaming the streets of Hardy on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and holiday weekend Sundays from 1 to 3 p.m. The music starts off on Memorial Day weekend to give the summer a rhythmic kickstart. The 75th annual Arkansas Farm Family of the Year program has named the 2022 County Farm Families of the Year. The families will be visited by a set of judges to determine eight District Farm Families of the Year, which will be announced June 14. The state Farm Family of the Year will be announced in December at the Farm Family of the Year luncheon.
A fish fry will be held at BB Road VFD and Community Center on Saturday, May 21 from 4 to 7:30 p.m. The meal will incude fish, salads, sides, dessert and beverages. Cost will be $10 for adults, $6 for children and preschoolers eat free. Take outs will be available.

In honor of National Travel and Tourism Week 2022, Mammoth Spring State Park held its annual Tourism Day on Saturday, May 7, which had not been held the last couple of years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
