State Treasurer Column: Farewell to Kit Bond — A True Missouri Statesman

Missouri has lost one of its most devoted sons. Christopher “Kit” Bond—a leader of uncommon humility, vision, and resolve—was honored this week in the Capitol he served so faithfully. I was privileged to attend his memorial service and join Missourians in celebrating a life defined by public service. Senator Bond passed away at 86, leaving behind a legacy that will endure for generations.
